Shifts

Shifts is a reflective journal for nurses. It focuses on the nurse's self-care and reflection on daily situations for the purpose of insight and growth.

Shifts also focuses on identification of an intention followed by 15 days of journal entries. The entries are in the familiar SBAR format, which is a common standardized communication format for nurses and other healthcare professionals. The journal will cover a period of 6 months.
