Shipping cost

We offer a flat rate shipping at $9.95 anywhere in Australia. All products will be sent via Australia Post with tracking information. Product may or may not be sent together depending on availability (except posters).

Posters will incur a separate flat rate shipping fee at $8.95, anywhere in Australia. Posters are sent separately in a mailing tube and therefore incur a separate postage cost. 

International shipping

We will not be shipping outside of Australia at this stage due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Flight availabilities from Australia to the rest of the world is limited and therefore causing long delays for international deliveries. We endeavour to provide international shipping when conditions improve.


We offer delivery to any address within Australia. All deliveries may require a signature so it’s best to choose a delivery location that is convenient for you to accept a delivery during regular business hours. The following is a list of possible delivery options:

  • Your work
  • Your home
  • PO Box
  • Parcel collection providers

All parcel deliveries will require a signature. Please note that parcels will not be left at the door if no one is available to sign for the delivery. A note will be left in the mailbox and pickup will need to be arranged from your local post office.

Shipping time

We use Australia Post to ship all our products. All our products are shipped out of our Moorabbin warehouse. The in-transit timeframe will be determined by Australia Post averaging from 3 to 10 days depending on your proximity to Victoria. A tracking number will be provide for each shipment. Shipping multiple products

Please be aware that if you buy multiple products, we may ship them together or separately at our discretion. Each shipment will have a separate tracking number.

Return to sender

From time to time, a shipment will be returned to us for a few reasons:

  • no longer at the address
  • fail to pickup an awaiting collection at your post office
  • address incomplete, missing unit or street numbers, missing company name or suite numbers

If your item is returned to us by Australia Post, we will contact you. You will incur additional postage cost to re-ship the order to you.
