Frank Walsh (Nicolas Cage), an expert big game hunter, has just boarded a shipping freighter with a fresh haul of exotic animals from the Amazon, including a rare white jaguar. But the big cat isn't the deadliest creature on board--Richard Loffler, a political assassin being extradited to the U.S. in secret, is also along for the ride. When Loffler escapes and releases the animals, the ship is thrown into chaos... and Frank finds himself in a battle to save the crew, not only from the dangerous beasts aboard, but also the madman on the loose.
