Australian Delivery Charges - FREE POSTAGE Australia-wide via Regular Surface Mail, Australia Post

International Delivery Charges - AUD $4.95 per item, worldwide flat-rate postage via Airmail

Australia - Regular Surface Mail


Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail. Whilst the Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system. Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel and wait a minimum of 10 business days before lodging a query with us.
All orders received will be shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt.

International - Delivery Times


International orders will be shipped by Australian Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 5-14 days. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. Please allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.

Returns Policy


Ensuring that you are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to us.

Should the DVD be faulty, please send it back within 7 days of receipt. We will galdly exchange it for a new copy (subject to availability of DVD). However, we are unable to exhange the DVD if it does not play due to region code incompatibility - so please check the region code of your dvd player before you make your purchase.

Out Of Stock Items


We will contact you within 48 hours of your order to notify you if an item is out of stock. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will place a back order for you. This typically takes about 7 business days to fulfill. Should we anticipate unreasonable delays in stock availability, we will issue a full refund for your purchase within 14 days of your purchase
